{"id":1876,"date":"2022-10-26T05:23:14","date_gmt":"2022-10-26T02:23:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rederiabeckero.ax\/?page_id=1876"},"modified":"2026-01-05T14:40:07","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T12:40:07","slug":"shareholder-card","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/rederiabeckero.ax\/en\/investors\/the-share\/shareholder-card\/","title":{"rendered":"Shareholder card"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-ld2s5278-2ff8e1cc41bc8b113df70969c6b33353\">\n#top .av-special-heading.av-ld2s5278-2ff8e1cc41bc8b113df70969c6b33353{\npadding-bottom:10px;\n}\nbody .av-special-heading.av-ld2s5278-2ff8e1cc41bc8b113df70969c6b33353 .av-special-heading-tag .heading-char{\nfont-size:25px;\n}\n.av-special-heading.av-ld2s5278-2ff8e1cc41bc8b113df70969c6b33353 .av-subheading{\nfont-size:15px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='av-special-heading av-ld2s5278-2ff8e1cc41bc8b113df70969c6b33353 av-special-heading-h2  avia-builder-el-0  el_before_av_hr  avia-builder-el-first '><h2 class='av-special-heading-tag '  itemprop=\"headline\"  >Shareholder card 2026<\/h2><div class=\"special-heading-border\"><div class=\"special-heading-inner-border\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<div  class='hr av-2ks2d8-43bcf5e8e0bbb8a20cb87ae8d77aef36 hr-default  avia-builder-el-1  el_after_av_heading  el_before_av_textblock '><span class='hr-inner '><span class=\"hr-inner-style\"><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-ld2s5idb-82f95814014119bf0072df69ae8708e8 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3><strong>Distribution of Shareholder Card 2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>At the end of December 2025, the Shareholder Card 2026 was sent to all shareholders who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>own at least 16 book-entry shares (shares) in <strong>Rederiaktiebolaget Ecker\u00f6<\/strong>, and<\/li>\n<li>are registered in their own name (owner registered) in the shareholder register maintained by <strong>Euroclear Finland<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>What does the Shareholder Card offer?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The card entitles the holder to <strong>free round trips for one person<\/strong> on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ecker\u00f6 Linjen\u2019s<\/strong> vessel <em>M\/S Ecker\u00f6<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ecker\u00f6 Line\u2019s<\/strong> vessel <em>M\/S Finlandia<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Conditions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The trip must be booked in advance, no later than one hour before departure.<\/li>\n<li>The card must be presented at check-in.<\/li>\n<li>The card is personal and valid only for the holder of the card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Conditions for receiving the card<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To receive a Shareholder Card, you must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>own at least 16 shares in Rederiaktiebolaget Ecker\u00f6, and<\/li>\n<li>be registered as the owner in your own name in the shareholder register at Euroclear Finland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note: <strong>Nominee-registered shareholders do not receive a Shareholder Card<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>If you have not received your Shareholder Card<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you meet the requirements but have not received the card, it may be due to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an incorrect address in the shareholder register at Euroclear Finland, or<\/li>\n<li>your bank having registered your shares under a nominee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please contact your bank to update your address or change the registration. Rederiaktiebolaget Ecker\u00f6 cannot handle these matters.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>New shareholders<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We order Shareholder Cards for new shareholders at the beginning of each calendar month. The card will be sent by post approximately 2\u20133 weeks later.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> Shareholder benefits cannot be used immediately after purchasing shares. You must wait until your shares are registered with Euroclear Finland and you have received your card.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Address and name changes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>It is important that your details are correct in the shareholder register at Euroclear Finland.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report all changes to your account operator (usually your bank).<\/li>\n<li>The bank will then update the information with Euroclear Finland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>If you have lost your Shareholder Card<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If the card has been lost, stolen, or has not arrived:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Notify us, and we will order a new card at the beginning of the next calendar month.<\/li>\n<li>The card will be sent by post approximately 2\u20133 weeks later.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Condition: Your shares must still be registered in your own name.<\/p>\n<p>Rederiaktiebolaget Ecker\u00f6 may charge a fee for issuing a replacement card.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"parent":1866,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-1876","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
