Distribution of Shareholder Card 2026

At the end of December 2025, the Shareholder Card 2026 was sent to all shareholders who:

  • own at least 16 book-entry shares (shares) in Rederiaktiebolaget Eckerö, and
  • are registered in their own name (owner registered) in the shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland.

What does the Shareholder Card offer?

The card entitles the holder to free round trips for one person on:

  • Eckerö Linjen’s vessel M/S Eckerö
  • Eckerö Line’s vessel M/S Finlandia

Conditions:

  • The trip must be booked in advance, no later than one hour before departure.
  • The card must be presented at check-in.
  • The card is personal and valid only for the holder of the card.

Conditions for receiving the card

To receive a Shareholder Card, you must:

  • own at least 16 shares in Rederiaktiebolaget Eckerö, and
  • be registered as the owner in your own name in the shareholder register at Euroclear Finland.

Please note: Nominee-registered shareholders do not receive a Shareholder Card.

If you have not received your Shareholder Card

If you meet the requirements but have not received the card, it may be due to:

  • an incorrect address in the shareholder register at Euroclear Finland, or
  • your bank having registered your shares under a nominee.

Please contact your bank to update your address or change the registration. Rederiaktiebolaget Eckerö cannot handle these matters.

New shareholders

We order Shareholder Cards for new shareholders at the beginning of each calendar month. The card will be sent by post approximately 2–3 weeks later.

Important: Shareholder benefits cannot be used immediately after purchasing shares. You must wait until your shares are registered with Euroclear Finland and you have received your card.

Address and name changes

It is important that your details are correct in the shareholder register at Euroclear Finland.

  • Report all changes to your account operator (usually your bank).
  • The bank will then update the information with Euroclear Finland.

If you have lost your Shareholder Card

If the card has been lost, stolen, or has not arrived:

  • Notify us, and we will order a new card at the beginning of the next calendar month.
  • The card will be sent by post approximately 2–3 weeks later.

Condition: Your shares must still be registered in your own name.

Rederiaktiebolaget Eckerö may charge a fee for issuing a replacement card.
